How do you press a Sublimation Transfer?

Recommended Application Instructions:

  • Set heat press between 385 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Set timer for 45-60 seconds.
  • Set pressure at light to medium. You do NOT want to use heavy pressure.
  • Place butcher paper (non-waxed) or copy paper inside of shirt to prevent bleeding of ink. Don't use a teflon sheet.
  • Place transfer face down on garment where you'd like the design. Heat tape or temporary adhesive spray may be used to prevent transfer from moving and causing ghosting.
  • Place another sheet of butcher paper (non-waxed) or copy paper on top of transfer to prevent bleeding on to heat press. Don't use a teflon sheet.
  • Press garment at recommended settings. (All presses are different, you need to find what works the best for you and your item you are pressing on. Presses may run at a different temp. than what the screen displays. Purchasing a heat gun can help determine what your actual temperature is.)
  • Remove transfer immediately. Careful not to burn yourself!

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

Yes, we currently ship to all of North America. This includes Canada and Mexico. International shipping, as you know, can be pricey. If there is any way to decrease the cost of shipping your items, we will refund you the extra costs if applicable. Please contact me if you are interested in purchasing but are outside of North America.

When will my order ship out?
    Currently, Transfer processing is 1-2 business days. All other products, 7-9 business days. Orders may be shipped out earlier if possible. Processing time is the time it takes for your order to get ready to be sent out to you. This does not include the actual time it takes for the items to get to you in the mail. *Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days.*

    How does local pickup work?

      You will select "Local Pickup" when you get to the shipping method in the checkout process. After you have checked out, we will need to schedule when your order can be picked up. Products will need to be picked up within a week unless other arrangements have been made.

      Do you except returns, exchanges, or cancellations?
        I normally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But, please contact me if you have any problems with your order. I will take care of it on a case-by-case basis. *Please purchase the Route Insurance. It takes care of any damage or lost products. You can file a claim immediately and everything will be taken care of.

        What size are your products?
          Details are stated in each item description. Size charts are also available on most products.

          What are your packaging materials made from?

            Rigid mailers are recycled, recyclable, and biodegradable.
            Kraft envelopes are made from recycled material.
            Poly mailers are made from polyethylene and are 100% recyclable.

            Do you make custom designs or products?
              Feel free to e-mail me or use the contact form if you have something in mind you would like made. I will discuss with you if the order is possible for me to make, cost, and estimated time of completion.
              *Please note, you must pay for your custom order before production begins.

              Does your work space have any animals?

                Our home is extremely pet friendly. We have four dogs. Please refrain from purchasing for yourself or others who are severely allergic to dogs.
